5 a Sec is a chain drycleaner in Paris. At this particular location I have had shirts ruined, a duvet lost, to which I had to write a letter to get more than the 30 euros proposed reimbursement and also the collar inserts from my dress shirts not returned. I have found another drycleaner in the area and I recommend you do the same.

Not that great. Dress had some white fluff left on after the cleaning.

Dans 6 mois de netoyage régulier chez eux, on m'a rendu quasiement inutilisable 4 costumes de très bonne qualité. J'ai été seduit par la carte de réduction et maintenant je me vois forcé de m'acheter d'autres costumes. Il est clair pour moi qu'ils ont des machines ou des substances qui abîmes les vêtement prématurément.
