I started the Mummy Workout in St Andrews Park in February when my son was 4 months old. I then ran the Bristol 10k in May when he was 7 months old and beat my previous time from before I was pregnant! I really enjoyed the Mummy workout for many reasons; it was a great way to meet up with other mums and do something for me that my son could also enjoy, it gave me the motivation to start training for the 10k and I also lost all my baby weight plus more. Keren is a great instructor and her classes were very well run. She has the ability to get you to push yourself and it’s great to know that she’s a mum herself so she understands what you need to do to get back in shape. I thoroughly loved the classes and it’s not easy to say that about many exercise classes!
