We had a cruise from 3-6.03.18, so we tried to park in your carpark because of convenience being close by. Unfortunately we couldn't find space. We paid for the ticket before trying to find space for the car ($41.40). We had to leave and find another place for parking. Today (7.03.18) i called to customer service and i were advised that refund is not possible , because they can't cover all the places with cameras to see who is coming and who is going. This is very unacceptable and not professional. Don't park there, unless you are 3-4 hours before your check-in time. Same is with Bayview Parking from same company.
