The cars are fine. It’s the customer service that’s a negative 10. I extended my car hire. They charged me extra, per day. I am ok with that. The fun part started when I was charged for a day and asked to return the car in 12 hours. I said fine give me a discount. Rep tells me that “as per my contract” I am suppose to pay for a day even if I extend my rental for a minute. So I told him if I’m paying for a day I’m keeping it for a day. Boy was the rep pissed. Then he started whining about the time of return. God what kind of perpetual fools do you hire? This is THE last time I’m hiring from these jokers.
