PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THE OWNER ANDY IS A CON ARTIST AND DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE HOW TO RESOLVE DPF PROBLEMS AND REMAP ECU'S - HE CHARGED ME £900 AND WASTED 3 MONTHS OF MY TIME WITH NO SOLUTION BUT FOR ME TO TAKE MY CAR TO THE MAIN DEALERS. WHEN STUMPED WITH ISSUES HE CHECKED GOOGLE FORUMS INFRONT OF ME :/

After visiting a main dealer with my Mitsubishi Shogun, they missed out some essential work asked for. Advanced motorcare of Radcliffe finished the job properly at half the price! Very disappointed. First time user. Having payed them 68 pounds to have my wheels aligned they showed no willingness to rectify the problem I initially went in for. That being my car pulls to the left on a straight road. After noticing this myself again after the the work had been done, I immediately went back to them. And consequently Adie and me went for a test drive. As we were driving, and there's no doubt in my mind the wheels weren't strait he told me that A: cars naturally veer left if not driven on the crown of the road or center. Which is rubbish. You don't naturally drive in the centre of the road in any case. And B: If my hands weren't on the wheel the wheel would naturally drift left and he consequently asked what I was doing with my hands off the wheel. I would do this to check if the wheels were correctly aligned (I.e straight). After that, no offers or solutions were given. I would have expected them to put my car back up on their machine and sort it. All in all, I felt patronised, belittled and made to feel as if im anal about my car as if to say the job they did wasn't good enough. I would have expected a positive professional attitude instead I just got tenuous excuses and no solutions. They had their chance. Its a shame to say I will not be using this garage again.
