The tea kettles a reviewer spoke of contains hot water used to "finish" the style so that braids are neat and free of frizz. Try them...you won't leave disappointed. Very Nice People And Very Professional I Got So Many Compliments On My Hair Plus Even When it was 2months Old It Didn't Even Look Old And Ragalily It Still Looked Fresh My Braids Weren't Pulling Or Nothing. Okay... so this is one of the most consistent braid shops that I have gone to. My hair will look good when I leave this shop. However, I must deduct a star because while my head will look good, it will also hurt. Some of the braiders in here braid too damn tight. Period. Good luck!
