Alamo Rent A Car los-angeles USA

We loved our experience here. We were traveling with our two small children and had reserved a compact car to fit our budget. They had a surplus of minivans and full size cars so they upgraded us for free. Being a tired mom with babies I nearly cried thanking the sweet lady Nicole who helped us. We are so grateful!! Then on our way out they told us to bring the car back empty and they would cover the cost for a tank of gas. We couldn’t be more impressed with their service. We waited only a few minutes at busy LAX for a shuttle and it wasn’t busy at all when we arrived to rent a car (it was also midnight on a Sunday). Anyway I am grateful we rented through them and will definitely do it again!

I reserved a small SUV before leaving Toronto to pick it up at LAX. The renting process was very fast and simple. Alamo didn't have a SUV available and instead offered me a mini van with the same cost. The van was a bit dirty inside. I assumed they didn't have enough time to clean the car properly before letting me have it. It was fairly new so I didn't have any issue with its performance. The return process was simple and fast again. The driver of the shuttle to airport was courteous and made sure I got to the right terminal. This was the 3rd time I used Alamo and am pleased with their service. I will use this company again.

We could not be more happy with our experience at Alamo during our trip to LA. We had reserved a Cadillac for our honeymoon vacation but as we walked out on the lot the last one was driving away. Nicole saw us looking lost and came out within seconds to help. She quickly searched for similar cars available on the lot. She was determine to please us and after a tour she upgraded us to a convertible for free. It 100% made our trip!!! We had so much fun on our honeymoon and I attribute so much of it to that convertible! Amazing customer service gave us a Priceless memory. Pick up at LAX only took a couple of minutes and the driver loaded and unloaded all of our bags for us. Check in was quick at the kiosks. We dropped off at 5 in the morning but all we did was unload our bags and hand over the keys to the attendant waiting for us. It was a breeze. Overall fantastic experience.

Excellent service. Pick up was fast and I really appreciated that they didn’t try to sell me extra insurance. The Chevy Tahoe was in perfect condition and the kids loved the car. Returning a week later was even easier. A quick check of the car and then a smooth bus ride dropping us of directly outside our check in desk.

I have good experience here! It is my first time to choice Alamo. My receptionist Whitney, she is so sweet, polite and kind. She kindly give me her personal suggestions. And even more, she print the information for me that she recommends. How sweet she is ! I am great Alamo company have her. But I have to compliant about Alamo's costumer service center. That is terrible service I have ever had. Their telephone customer service mostly from India. They have terrible accent, it is not quite easy to understand what they said if you are not a native English. They don't have patience to repeat the sentence and to understand what's your request. The most terrible thing is they would keeping hang out your phone call!!How rude they are !! So don't call their customer service phone if you have any questions. They will destroy your original schedule and make you have bad mood.
