Modern rooms inside a classic landmark. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable, the rain showers are a great way to start or end the day. The breakfast buffet has a delicious spread of well prepared standard choices accompanied by a short well thought out a'lecart menu. The dining room is above average with a satisfying list of dinner and room service choices. My go to resting place in central London.

Best hotel if you're planning to visit London. You're right next to 2 train stations which makes the commute easy. Not to mention it has a bus stop right outside the hotel. Easy access to everything! They have the best rooms as well and the staff is very accommodating, love everything about this place.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas. We had a great time. The hotel was centrally located, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were very friendly/helpful. We enjoyed room service and were happy to see the reasonable prices. The rooms were a bit small, but I'm sure this is to be expected in London. Our only real issue was the noise coming from the street. Between the traffic and people congregating outside the hotel, it was extremely hard to sleep through the night. Other than that, it was perfect.

The best London location bar none. Sitting at Charing Cross station, this hotel has everything you need for your stay in London. Because it is right beside Charing Cross you have easy access to places anywhere in London and beyond. Obviously given it's location this venue is walking distance to many great locations in the heart of the city. The rooms are great and the beds are wonderful to sleep in. Wifi is strong and the water in the shower hot. Staff are friendly and serve your needs as required. Good variety of foods for breakfast too. Without a doubt - select this venue as your base for your next trip to London. Insider tip : Embankment station is a 1 minute walk away and provides for additional lines within the underground network.

Royal wedding afternoon tea was on offer. We had a Groupon which gave us 241 basically. Nicely presented but nothing special. As a coffee drinker, I was served by the cup and struggled to get the waitresses attention and it wasn't busy. Not value for money and not worth it. 4 star hotel by Charing cross station and they didn't have a flushing ladies loo!!! Pleasant setting but must do better. Service not great and again service charge was to be added. Why are we paying staffs wages?
