This is my 4th visit in this store regarding my new IPHONE 6 PLUS and i saw they are not capable to

This is my 4th visit in this store regarding my new IPHONE 6 PLUS and i saw they are not capable to treat a customer in GOOD manners.They are not a professional staff they don't know they represent APPLE its world number one product.They have to join some SCHOOL to teach good manners how to talk with customer and how they have to behave.In my last visit in this store just 3 days back and i have to wait more then 20 minute because they said they forgot to send assistence but they take other customer.Once a assitance come they said they don't change my mobile that i bought just 4 month back and i have to leave for repair and they given me VERY STUPID example that is ' If you buy a car tyre and if its pencture you can't go for change you just go for repair' how FUNNY staff APPLE appoint i can't belive.
