It's always crowded, but they have the the best people. The workshops are good, and they even have summer "camp" for kids to learn how to make videos. My son really liked the summer camp. Many of the instructors come from the industry, and have experience in teaching, music or video production. All of the products are on display, so you can try any of them. I have been to other Apple stores in the Paris area (Opéra, Louvre, La Défense), but Apple Vélizy is by far the best.
