Not a happy client!!! Today was my 5th visit to the store, everybody smiles without resolving the problem, just want to take advantage of the clients. This started a couple of month ago, my daughter’s phone had to be changed for a problem it manifested, I was asked to pay for the exchanged of the phone, I asked if o can upgrade it? They said NO! Has to be the same exact model. I paid for it and was given a new “phone”, a week later the cámara became loose and went again. They exchanged the phone again. I asked about the guarantee they said 90 days from the first repurchase A few weeks later some lines appeared on the display, I managed to go today, to be told that it was damaged by water......(not true) and that they recommend to buy a newer version instead of this one???? And they are willing to make installments to help me? WHY SHOULD I TRUST THEM THAT THIS TIME THEY GAVE ME A WORKING PHONE? BUT OF COURSE I HAVE TO PAY BECOUSE THEY ARE NOT SURE IT WAS DAMAGED BY WATER???? Not happy at all with them.
