Fantastic service from the guys at West Bar. Daniel, Liam, Danny and Caitlin make a stressful move easy. The Check In Online process made things faster on the day and the team are clearly good at their job. Brilliant service, fantastic tea-making skills and an overall painless experience. Will definitely be recommending service to family and friends as it just made our gap in the house move so simple. We were really worried about moving but the team reassured us and each interaction with them over the few weeks we stored was cheerful, always helpful and professional. We needed a place to store some items of sentimental value and Armadillo fitted the bill for a number of reasons. The key factor in our choice though was the attentive, friendly and helpful advice and support from the manager Daniel Hallam. His patience at the constantly changing start date was most welcome. This is the kind of person you would want to deal with as a rule - committed, knowledgeable & efficient. I would add that online check-in saves an awful to of time and don't forget your padlock - though Armadillo will feel you one at a reasonable price. It is early days yet but I have already visited our "lock-up" to check on something (and leave a couple of empty boxes we don't currently need). no issues at all.

Daniel Hallam was very professional, knowledgable and welcoming. He was super helpful and constantly going out of his way to make things as easy as possible, even offered to help move my boxes with me. Made the whole process much easier for sure! Thanks

I have to thank Armadillo for looking after me so well. Due to relocation and down sizing, i had to move all the contents of my flat into storage. From the initial enquiry with the Store Manager Daniel face to face, to a clear explanation of the different price options, viewing various storage units, to final pricing - the service and communication was excellent. Armadillo’s online inventory & pre arrival check-in system works perfectly. As the check-in date changed numerous times, Armadillo responded efficiently via email as well as over the telephone if required. When the final day arrived for the delivery of all my flat contents, Liam the assistant store manager checked all my final details and arrangements with me, making me feel comfortable on the day. A great storage facility, ‘1st class’ service, expertly operated, good location and ample parking facilities for loading & unloading. FIVE STARS !
