My favorite transport option to CDG in recent years. Fast, save (less pick pocket and trouble seeker compare to train), convenient (no need ro move the luggage up and down stairs compare to train) and it costs only €12 one way. Only 2 issues I had in over dozen trips : the driver missed to stop at my terminal but he returned to it afterward, 2 buses were missing (supposing to have bus ~every 10mins) so everyone were waiting for 30mins. But still highly recommend 👍👍👍👍👍.

The Roissybus is a good alternative to the metro because once you are on you don't have to worry about your bags. The travel time is pretty reliable (around an hour) but assume that after 4:00 pm it will take an extra 15-20 minutes. The only downside to the service is actually taking it from CDG into Paris because if you board at Terminal 2A it feels like a long time until you actually leave the airport as it stops at every area in Terminal 2 and then goes to Terminal 1.
