Good furniture but very bad customer service. Salesman just wants to sell and don't often inform critical infirm information about delivery. After sales customer service is even worse. There are much better furniture stores with better customer service In Toronto. Don't waste your time here.

All staff lie about their products and never tell you that is final sale. We asked to cancelled some items but the sales manager said not possible. He showed me on invoice said not refundable, while all staffs confirmed that you can cancel for free. All staff especially sales manager are rude and when I complained that you shouldn’t lie to us that all refundable he shout at me in front of my wife to get out store or I call Police. Even he didn’t return delivery cost when I asked for pick up from store. Totally upset to trust them.
