Is really cool place to shop and loads of rollbacks to mostly of the products. Very big variety to find and choose anything from food to mobile phones that really helps you save.

A little disorganised as they were reshelving. Carts not logically placed so a but hard to manoeuvre

A little disorganised as they were reshelving. Carts not logically placed so a but hard to manoeuvre. Shelves not well stocked indicating they don't really replenish as things run out but all at the same time in the evening. Nice selection of halal meat even though their fresh meat halal counter was closed

Online shopping orders are ALWAYS damaged, incorrect, items missing. Substitutes can be up to 50% of your order. Their stock management is absolutely rubbish. I made a complaint - I got a stock reply and the offer of £10. I ordered thousands of pounds worth of online groceries in just 5 weeks. They couldn't give a hoot... Tesco is around the corner... easy choice.

Would be great if they actually had enough tills open at one time and if staff had a sense of urgency. I queued for 30 minutes the other day to pay for my shopping because the woman was so damn slow

Never any trolleys outside. The shop is poorly run never enough tills open and the staff are unhelpf

Never any trolleys outside. The shop is poorly run never enough tills open and the staff are unhelpful and rude. I'd rather go 2 minutes down the road to Tesco
