The philosophy of the training is fantastic. It enabled me to expand my understanding of healing and it gave me the tools to continue working independently. I recommend this to anyone who wants to coach others.

Completing the Breathwork Practitioner Training with the Australian Breathwork College is the most productive and informative educational experience of my life. On a Personal level: After completing the training I now have a much clearer and effective understanding of what love is, how to truly connect with others, what I want to do and who I want to be in my life. On a professional level: I believe Breathwork to be the most empowering and exciting healing modality I have ever experienced. After learning how to facilitate a Breathwork session I am now filled with a passion and enthusiasm that I have never felt before. I have recently graduated as a Breathwork Practitioner from the Australian Breathwork College, what an amazing and transforming experience the past year has been and continues to be for me and the world I create around me. This experience has bought change to my career. I am working with my passion of Breathwork and no longer a gourmet pie cook. I am so happy to be an inspiring role model for my 3 children as a result of releasing the past. This was my first goal that I wrote down a year ago. Living with direction and purpose has been one of the many huge shifts in my life from the Passionately Alive weekends and the intensive Workshops. I had felt that there was a shadow cast over me with certain events in my life and that many parts of myself were in limbo or lost. Breathwork has awakened me to true forgiveness, love, self-confidence, my voice and an abundance of peace. I now have freedom from unresolved past emotional experiences that were my chains to the past that I was living with and carrying in the present. Thank you Nicholas and Susan de Castella for developing this course, the training's and the authentic and loving approach to your teachings.I have become the leader of my own life, Thank you. I am excited, motivated and enthusiastic ( words I wouldn't have connected to in the past) for the opportunity to facilitate Breathwork sessions and be a witness to the unique journey of every individual. The training has opened up so many doorways that I would have been blind to only a year ago and I have the courage to step towards them with the wonderful support of the friends that I have made along the way.
