The Avis staff assisted me very well when I picked up my car. The car I got was really nice and clean. I shopped everywhere for a car rental and compared prices. Avis was the cheapest price. I actually thought because it's a well known chain it would have been the most expensive. Will defiantly consider renting from here again if I ever need to. 😄. The Burbank location was nice and clean.

I was really impressed with the brand new Rav4 I was assigned. The best price I found was through my Allstate Roadside app. The ease of renting, pickup and delivery made this a company I will return to. Just beware of the hard sale of insurance, it isn't necessary if you have insurance.

I love Avis. I use them for 12 days at least once a month for business in California. Everyone that works there are always so nice. This last rental was for almost 2 months.

Horrible place. I will NEVER Come here again. On Thursday 3/29 reserved a car for a 6pm pick up. I actually arrived early and picked up the car at 340pm. When I was at the desk the guy said that we can return the car at 6pm on Sunday 4/01. So I was okay with it. I finally got the car after 40 min.s at the counter. Went upstairs to the 3rd fo get the car. Did my personal inspection of the car ( to see if there is dents or trash or anything else that I see ). Outside of the car was okay a bit dirty but good. Inside on the other hand was HORRIBLE. I found Fresh strawberry pieces and napkins on the interior door and other food pieces. Went back down stairs to tell the guy at the counter, said he was sorry for what happened and told me that it would be like 5 min.s to get the car the cleaned. 1 HOUR LATER. I am still waiting for them to finish cleaning it. After almost an hour and half the guy finally brings it to me, FULLY WET and half assed cleaned. Come to Saturday 3/31 Morning. I turn the car on and the Check oil light pops up. I call the main office and they said that they would take care of us when we got back. Sunday Morning 4/01. As were getting ready to leave I turn the car on, and only does the Check oil light pops up, but the Check Engine light pops up. Once again I call the office to let them know. The guy said that when I come in to let them know and they would take care of us and all. Coming home from the trip, as we are driving down the mountains the car starts to shake. I thought that it was road, so I didn't think of it. Once again as we were coming down another mountain it started to shake again. And kept doing it. Now here comes the part where I give them a negative stars. I get back and hcekcthe car in at 540pm, the guy does a walk around and checks the car. It's all good. Walks to the mini counter they had and prints the receipt. I check the paper to see I was charged for 4 days instead of 3. I got charged 15. For a late fee. Another 31.99 of insurance. Another 50. For aconsession fee and another 25. For some other stuff.. I go to the counter and ask them why I was charged only.for them to tell me that because I was an hour late they have to charged me for another day. Seriously... the guy told me that I was able to check in at 6pm. I than go and proceed to tell them about the issues that happened with the car, and he tells me well there's nothing I can do. It out of my hands now that you turned it in. You should have not checked in 1st. Seriously. This place is trash and if you want to get screwed over and have your money taken. Than this is the spot for ya. This is my last time here. I will never rent from here or any other Avis again.
