I bought this modular crimper here at the store. But it was not working. No matter how i tried, one pin just cannot be pushed in by this tool. So I tried to return this item (I didn't use any of the supplemental plug in the box) because the tool is defective and I should be able to get the refund. The first time I came to the store, the guy in the store told me that only manager can help me with this. Ok, then I called to make sure manager is in the store before I had my second attempt. The manager and I made an "appointment" to meet in the store at 3. I showed up at 3 and the guy in the store told me manager just left. But he did mention that, he could not refund me, even though the receipt showed the opposite. So, think twice before making any purchase in this store!

I walked 4 miles to find this hardware store to fix our sons sink and the employee was rude unhelpful and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. We were there Friday august 11th @ 10:30am. Hardware stores are usually the type of establishment where customer service is of the utmost importance. Take a uber to Home Depot worth the money and no aggravation!!
