Very easy and professional. We had our bags picked up in the morning from our flat and taken to their location near Roma Termini. That gave us the rest of the day to explore Rome without lugging our bags around. When it came time to leave, we grabbed our bags right next to the train station. And the price was the same as most other left baggage services, but our included pick-up. Great service!

Great clear communication and very easy to book via email. Collected our baggage from our accommodation & delivered it back to us at the airport - exactly as they said they would. Friendly staff. Can't fault them. We had to vacate our accommodation by 10am but flight home not until 9:30pm - this service made our day much better. So, thank you!

I needed to leave my luggage in storage for 11 days while I traveled and have it delivered to my hotel in Fiumiciono the day before I left Europe. Bags Free was the best value I could find for long term storage and they were very easy to work with. They even have promotions to make the price even more reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed.

They collected our baggages from hotel location and we received the baggages at their luggage storage (which is 2 blocks away only if you come out on the right side of Termini station, but getting inside of station is like 200m away). The service was easy and convenient.

Above my expectation!! Highly recommended! My flight was 8pm, but I had to leave my AirBnB at 11am. I checked a few places for luggage storage, but they don't seem to be good or there is a size limitation. On the other hand, Bags Free is completely a happy surprise! Contacted it closed to mid-night, but received the confirmation right in the morning. The pick-up guy came on-time, wearing uniform and driving a van with logo. very nice and very easy to communicate. They delivered my luggage directly to the airport, so I can still use that day to visit a couple more places!! It only cost 9 per piece! I can't image such good service!
