I've had BoH for almost a decade and this branch was okay until a recent awful experience. For the second month in a row, the teller did not deposit the right amounts to the right accounts which resulted in returned bill payments. This is the third time in a three-month period I have needed to ask them to remove false "return fees" as they were due to a bank error. They refused to take accountability and refused to refund the fees accrued, and caused further headache and inconvenience down the line, as I now have to pay a double return fee, one for BoH and the other from the electric company. It's astonishing how they expect to keep clients when acting in this fashion in addition to lengthy holds and a glitchy system (mobile app). I plan on closing my account will be looking for a bank that actually has the aloha spirit.
