Had wrong item delivered to me (I ordered a mirror and was delivered a cabinet). There is no customer services call centre, with issues directed to the store. When calling the store the phone is often not answered with no opportunity to leave a message. The store was made aware of this error on the day of delivery 3 weeks ago, yet nothing has been done to sort it, despite the fact that I am regularly attempting to communicate with the store via email and phone. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will never be using this store again.

Spent a load of money here for two new builds i have around the corner. Obviously only for the weekend DIYer changing a tap!! very poor service, caused a huge delay to my project and feed me false promises on materials turning up. how does it take a week to replace damaged materials?? Why would you send out damaged materials?? complete waste time. Stick to what you know and reliable supply chains, this lot are WEAK link!
