I am sorry to be leaving Big Yellow East Sheen as the service has been outstanding. The staff are super bright, incredibly helpful and I couldn't recommend them more highly. I'm only leaving because I'm moving away and I wanted to write a review because I've been so impressed with the staff who leave me feeling positive after every encounter. It's definitely worth paying a little extra for such a great service.

Nick and Katie in the Big Yellow in Sheen have made what I expected to be a stressful process a very pleasant one. I did not know what size unit I needed, they were patient, showed me all the options and talked me through everything. No pressure, just helpful and patient. The facility is clean and easy to use too so I am a big fan.
