I recently rented a 15-passenger van from B&W. It was perfect for a large family event. Amber made the rental process easy with one phone call and a couple of emails. Leo was awesome when I arrived to pick it up. He dutifully inspected the van for dings to ensure I wouldn't be responsible for pre-existing issues, and cheerfully pointed out many of the vehicle's features. Drop off was super easy. The entire process was flawless. I did not expect an exotic car rental place to offer "regular" vehicles, but am so glad to have found out. More surprising, the pricing was well below the national franchises! Amber and team made it easy. I'll be back.

Excellent service. Requested a compact but was upgraded to a mid-size SUV for no charge (only disappointed that the mileage was affected). They were great during the pre-inspection in making sure any existing damage was noted (I was worried about uncontrolled damage since they carry higher end cars). Very friendly professional staff. Overall I would rent with them again.

Absolutely Fantastic service and quality of cars. The team at Black and White (Amber especially) are so helpful and will bend of backwards to make your rental seamless. Never have i had such a full service rental experience with great costs. I would never use the Big Chains again in this town.

We have used this company for several years now whenever we come in town. It's always fun to look at the variety of nice cars that they have. Someday I'm going to rent the Porsche. For now I'm driving the Toyota. Prices are very fair.
