Needed to grab a quick bite and read that the Midtown Melt was worth a try. They advertise a discount if you download their app, which I did. (I figured I might be coming back often since I love most vegetarian and vegan food.) I placed my order through their app and they tell me they didn't receive it, so they'll charge me at the register instead. I was reluctant because I didn't want to be charged twice. The guy at the register said to not worry, and that if I was charged twice, to email them and they'd refund me. I got their email, and even repeated it back to them. Now I've been charged twice for a sub-par sandwich, and left hanging on two emails with no response. Disappointing.
