BMW of Monrovia los-angeles USA

I was searching for a car for months and was at a dealership right around the corner from BMW of Monrovia not having any luck, when I decided to ride around the area to see if I could come across something else. I was led right to this dealership. They had a great inventory of cars in my budget, and Gabriel was an amazing salesman. He helped me every step of the way, patiently taking his time to walk me through the lot so that I could explore every option. I finally decided on a car, and although I had to make two trips to this BMW because of their corporate policies (a story for another review and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5), Gabriel was there to help me both times and took very great care of me. Had it not been for him I may not have walked away with a car that I LOVE. The car is used and was very clean, runs quite smoothly, and has all the bells and whistles at a great deal!! I would definitely recommend others to visit this location and to work with Gabriel, he’s awesome!

Very glad I took my 2011 328i to BMW of Monrovia recently! Ms Caroline Jonathan (service advisor), was extremely helpful and efficient in getting the car fixed and having recall issues taken care of. She also helped me with my car rental, which BMW of Monrovia covered. My car was returned very clean and I’m very satisfied with the service and help I received from the dealership. Definitely bringing my car back to BMW of Monrovia for all future services! They are doing things right to earn customers trust and loyalty! Thanks!! Ivan

Top notch. They were flexible in meeting my terms for a 328 cpo, and had best out-the- door price on the car I wanted. They were also very helpful in following up with me to be sure everything was still great with the car. Sales crew was very friendly (oddly, cant same the same for the front desk crew). Finally, knocking a star for the unbelievably slow finance processing. I had my own financing, so not sure how a payment in full took so long. Getting a deal is the easy part. 5 stars to the sales team.

David worked hard to get me into my car. He was not overly aggressive and pushy like many salespeople can be. He was genuinely a kind hearted person and I felt like he was sincere in getting the best deal possible. The process is what I dred the most when acquiring a new vehicle but it was painless this time around. When he found the car I wanted, he brought the paperwork to me AND delivered my car to me. Apparently, friendly, helpful people can be found at more than one dealership!

I have went to different BMW dealerships. This was the first time I had my vehicle serviced at this dealership and this will be the last time because this is the worst one in the Los Angeles area I have been to. Their service manager is very unprofessional and made fun of me being not speak good English. He told me that " Your English is not good. I was born in England and I speak fluent English. Better than you." He also told me that you don't have to service your vehicle here and you can go to other dealership if you want. Basically, as a manager, he is asking a first time customer not to come back to their business. So how can your business survive without returning customers? First time to hear that from a manager. At the end, when I am ready to pick up my vehicle, the service manager told me that they could not find my vehicle and my vehicle was picked up by my wife. Luckily it was my wife. What if it is someone else? How can a dealership releases a vehicle to some one other than the owner of the vehicle! That was before I made the payment at the cashier! Terrible management and very unorganized! Not recommend to go to this dealership if you don't speak fluent English and if you don't want your vehicle to be picked up by someone else. Go to New Century BMW. They are much more better. At least if you don't speak good English, they will still treat you as a customer and will not make fun of you!
