I quite love boots as I always value the pharmacy service they offer. This is a particularly convinient boots located really close to the Tottenham Court Road. It has a very good array of products for every day use. Currently they have a huge array of Christmas 🎄 🎁 presents and the majority of them are under the three for two offer. There is also a huge array of beauty products from well known brands. The staff is friendly and helpful however they are not many so prepare to wait.

Terrible service from the opticians in this Boots. Staff at the desk rude and have a “don’t care attitude” I asked how much replacement lenses would be and told £90. Same question I asked at Piccadilly Boots and was told £90 but then it was reduced to £57 when I told her Vision Express were £30 cheaper. The person at the desk in the Tottenham Court Road Boots said £90 was the price as I have to have scratch resistant and polarised lenses there isn’t a choice. I talked to Boots head office who told me all Boots charge different prices so it depends what Boots I shop in. I explained that it’s a bit much to have a price different of £30 between two different Boots for the same product. The customer service advisor said “your feedback is noted” Avoid Boots optician unless you want to pay £31 more for same lenses that Vision Express sell. Vision Express do an offer of two glasses for £90 in Boots two glasses £180! Also much more knowledgable and polite staff in Vision Express compared to Boots.

Disorganised and worryingly bad service. Waited for 30 minutes and they have lost my details and are unable to locate my lenses. Staff were unhelpful and cluless and offered no solutions. No manager came to see me and no expalination was offered. I had called 2 times before my appointment to confirm the time and to ensure my lenses were in stock. My presecreption has changed quite dramatically and have been experiencing headaches and they are aware of this but no care was taken and no interest shown to locate them. They also refused to give me a paper copy of my prescription. Go next door to spec-savers, am here now - much better service. Warm, understanding and organised.
