The service is so disappointing. A female staff on the phone just tried her best to let me call the next day for a small issue which she can actually solve by herself. The attitude is very unfriendly.

What a discombobulated store! And especially one on a major retail street. All the directions the escalators run are not in any particular pattern so it is potentially easy to intuitively want to go up the downward escalator. Safety first? When it comes to making your payment there are no clearly marked pay points. Just simply confusion at its best
