Pathetic service. The reviewers are spot on, on this one. Went to the store earlier today as my SoundSport wireless headphones had connectivity issues. I did speak to a gentleman working at the store, over the phone, beforehand, to mention that I did not have the receipt and that I was willing to pay a reasonable amount to get them fixed. He said to pop in to the store to rectify the issue. When I entered the store, the two staff present looked miserable, not to mention the manager busy on his phone whilst there were customers waiting for help. Spoke to a lady about my issue after a while and she recommended that I get my headphones updated (software update). I was adamant that this wasn't a software issue. After the update my headphones didn't even turn on and she said that customer service was my best option. What a load of rubbish. For such a premium brand, you have incompetent staff. Had to return home with a pair of headphones that didn't even turn on after the so called 'software update'. With such an experience, never have I been so willing to switch to a competitor.
