When doing a stock search for buying a dehumidifier, the website showed that the Evesham store had the correct items in stock. After only finding ONE tiny type of dehumidifier in the display area for the dehumidifiers, I popped to the information/help desk at the entrance. The female employee wasn't very helpful at all, blamed the lack of stock as a mistake on the website saying "oh they're updating the website" and "if you can't see any on the display, then try outside the warehouse.....but I doubt you'll find anything". In my opinion, that isn't customer service. There was no offer to get someone to help me or ask someone who might know further information. In the end, I found a display elsewhere in the store....where the stock was present. Useless staff member, couldn't be bothered.
