Horrible. Staff doesn't know what they have in store. You ask if they have this product (show them your phone on their website where it says they have in stock) they say no, but if you check by yourself again in store you'll be able to find. As pregnant in 9 months I Spend like an hour to buy a garden tent.

Was rude from walking up, no emotions and honestly, she did not care at all what kind of service she was giving. Her face said it all. No welcome or attempted to be interested. Poor service and do not expect that from B&Q

Contrary to alot of negative reviews of this store, I have been going to this B&Q for years now as luckily it is a walk away from home and i generally find what i am looking for, yes stuff may be out of stock but that happens everywhere especially if it is popular, but it a well laid out store and well signed for each aisle, if you know what you are looking for, it shouldnt take long to find it, plus they have a good selection of outdoor plants
