Honestly, I don't know what the complaints are about. My wife and I walked into the store and was politely greeted with a very knowledgable gentleman. Kenny you did great. If your plan is to bum around this store I would suggest going elsewhere. They are as they should be there to help paying customers not bums.

One saleswoman, she seemed to be Russian, was incredibly rude. I went into the store to buy pillows and a massage chair and she was really rude to me, suggesting I couldn't afford them. Made me want to leave and never come back to this store.
