I have been renting cars and vans from budget car and trucks from South bank budget for about 5 years... Service is always great regardless of who I speak with. Price on rentals have always been great ... Adding extra services such as packing equipment including tape, rope, gloves, plastic covering for furniture and matresses including blankets is a very smart move for those needing last minute tools and equipment, not to mention at very reasonable prices. Makes sense....

I rent plenty of buses all round the country and Budget Southbank have provided the best service I've seen from a car rental business. On one occasion I had to shuttle 2 buses across Melbourne. It would have taken a few hours and cost me a taxi fare, so the owner drove one, I drove the other and a staff member picked us up in car. During the next rental I took the mirror off a bus and got back to the depot 1 minute before closing time. Hasi behind the counter processed my paperwork after hours, and filled the bus up with diesel. The repair costs were very reasonable. Thanks for such fantastic service.
