My laptop stopped turning on after setting Windows 10 as the default operating system and I needed this looked at asap. I brought it into the store and while they had a 1 day turnaround time, I explained the issue and they looked at it right away. Within 5 minutes they fixed the issue and didn't even charge me. I've used Burrard Laptops for years as a UPS pick up point and now will be bringing all my computers to them for service. Positive professional service, thanks team! Highly recommended.

Contacted these guys with regards to my laptop being very slow to start up and shut down, and also had a problem with Apple Itunes. I thought I had the latest security software installed and was completely protected. How wrong I was, they found viruses and malware all over the computer! I contacted them on a Saturday and they could not be more helpful. They sorted all my laptop problems out, and even put new security software on for me and scanned the whole computer. Absolutely recommend this company. Great.

Such super fast repair shop, went into this shop at 11:00 in the morning with my MacBook pro does not turn on and I left it there for repair, the cost was very good and I was happy to leave it with them for repair. they called me at 15:00 on the same day and they told me it is ready to be pick up .
