Worst online order-in store pick up ever.. you can purchase things online and have them set for in store pickup.. wasted an hour driving to pickup my purchase only to be told it's an error and they don't have it in stock. We are canceling our baby registry and taking it somewhere people dont waste their time with.

Buy Buy baby online order system is the worst . I had two experiences where at the time the order was placed their system error out, but the money in my bank account has been placed on hold in less than a second, and then when you call customer service they blame it on the internet that the customer is using when in reality it is their crappy system. My money should not be put on hold until the order has been fully processed and I have a confirmations number. Now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for my money to be released and without the item bc the order did not go through. Horrible system that affects the customers. Very inconvenient and unpleasant. Poor customer service they blame system issue on the customer's browser. I order from other sites and I haven't had that issue and this is the second time that I have had the same issue with Buy Buy baby online system.

Managers are supposed to jump on the register when lines are long to help alleviate the rush and backed up lines.
