I've actually left waiting for them. I've gone a handful of times and I've always had sub par boarderline rude service. I didn't fill out my postal code once and I was sent back in line of 5 people instead of just offering me a pen to quickly write it. I actually timed to see how long it took me to get back to the cashier..... 21 minutes... 21 minutes for 5 people? I've been overcharged twice and had to go back because they weren't paying attention. Just brutal. I avoid this office at all costs because I understand being busy but being rude when you're offering a service is ridiculous

The employees are often rude and unhelpful. Its nearly always busy and the service is slow. I’ve had so many horrible experiences at this location that I dread having to go there. It’s worth walking up to broadway and going to a different post office.

Deserves an award for slowest service possible. Guaranteed minimum 20 min wait every time...

They have one staff person on on Saturday afternoon close to Christmas. Really!?! HUGE line.

This post office is the reason I will never order from an e-commerce retailer that uses Canada Post to deliver. The only employee they seem to have on shift (ever) named Queenie provides the worst customer service I have ever received anywhere in Vancouver. No sense of urgency while there are 15+ people in the line and extremely rude every time I have spoken to her. I've waited close to half an hour on numerous occasions waiting to pick up a package and seen multiple people leave the line frustrated with how long she is taking to help just one customer while another employee sorts boxes in the backroom.
