SCAM. DO NOT BOOK. I read thoroughly through the voucher details and felt that I was educated enough to not call to ask about meeting point details, etc. because it seemed pretty straightforward. Boy was I wrong! We arrived right before the tour arrived at the wrong “meeting point” even though it was clearly stated that the address listed was a meeting point! When I arrived, the individual told me that I was supposed to call (even though the instructions do not state that) and that I should have known that the meeting point was not the one at which I arrived implying that I was stupid for not understanding. When asked for my money back, they refused to give me anything back because “I was the one at fault” which is absolutely absurd because their instructions were misrepresentative and deceitful. They are unethical and a shady greedy Company. I am so disgusted that this company robbed me of $400 AND MORE IMPORTANTLY they robbed me of an opportunity to see the Colosseum and the Vatican which I probably will NEVER be able to see again. In the end, they said that the only thing they could do would be to offer a 20% discount the next day. Please don’t do business with this Company because they deceive their customers by listing the wrong redemption place in order to not provide the service AND rob you of experiences that you will not likely to have an opportunity to see again.

I was a bit terrified by late comments, but none of the bad things happened to me. They delivered what they were paid for. We skipped the line, and were 45 minutes later inside the museo vaticani. 4 stars only because one of the guides was a bit rude, and treated us, who did not pay the guided tour dissrespectfully. All I can say about their fee is, that tourism is business, and those who do not w ant to spend the money, stay at home. we paid 35 E instead of tegular 21. Estimate waiting time was +4 hours

Complete rip off. Charged double the Vatican entrance price to 'skip the queue', which was non-existent when we visited, but they intercept you before you get anywhere near the official ticket office, posing as official Vatican staff, lie about their usefulness and inform you that you must buy your ticket in advance, and escort you to their ticket office. I felt quite intimidated by them. When I asked the tour guide about the price difference she said it was a reservation fee, which Vatican charge at 4euro not 17! When we left there were about 7 operators like this hanging around in a group, preying on young female visitors.

Greatly disappointed. We went together as a family of four for the skip the line tour of the Vatican museum and St. Peter's Basilica, not only was our organizer borderline rude with us, but we started late and didn't get our VIP 15 minutes in the Sistine chapel before all other tours as promised and she failed to direct us to the Basilica correctly. We ended up leaving accidentally and having to buy another ticket to skip the line to enter St. Peter's Basilica to avoid the enormous lines and heat. The guards within the museum also could've definitely directed us better rather than acting surly and choosing to converse with one another than attending to visitors requiring aid. A trip I don't see myself doing again or recommending to others, at least not with this company; waste of time and money.

If you're looking to spend your vacation stressed out and fighting for yourself through managers, guides and the company then this is the tour company for you! Start off your day by realizing the driver will refuse to pick you up simply because the company "forgot" to put your name on the pick up list. Therefore they will leave you behind for the day! Unless if you're able to fight with the driver to call the company and get the driver to pick you up! You must go through this step even if you have a voucher because the driver will not listen to you. Next on your beautiful vacation, get ready to be put in a hotel where they refuse to serve only the guests on your tour! Because as they put it, "there are simply too many of you." Have questions? Too bad. The tour guide will tell you they're too busy and have too much to do. As a group we had to constantly, literally, fight, for what we were promised. First and last time. Thank you
