Horrible place, bad costumer service, the place is open until 2pm, I showed up twice at around 1, and hey did not want to help me, claiming that they had a lot of work, and that you have to be there earlier, people have jobs and things to do, i took time off work, took me 2 hours to drive there and they didn't want to help me.

Acudi después de haber confirmado y reconfirmado una cita por telefono, con #ErastoSanchez y cuando llegue, dicho individuo se negó rotundamente a atenderme, alegando que tenía mucho trabajo, diciendo en una manera soez que mi cita era irrelevante para el. Le expliqué que viajé dos horas, perdí mi día de trabajo y que tenia una cita confirmada con el, y el hizo caso omiso de mi peticion, diciendome que no era su problema. Estoy completamente decepcionada de que este sea el servicio que se ofrece a los ecuatorianos que residimos fuera del pais

La verdad estoy sumamente decepcionado del lugar , una atención pésima mala información , les hace falta cursos de relaciones humanas ya le di una 🌟 ya xq lo único q tiene es de bueno la bandera de Ecuador ya q ni las personas que trabajan ahí son de Ecuador.
