Outrageously bad experience. and I recalled we had a similar experience a few years ago and had vowed never to use chico's again. And then it happened again. We called to get a ride for my 89 year old mom (with dementia) and her aide to go to the doctor. We were told $18/ During the ride, the driver told them it would be $24. The aide called me. I told her to call the dispatcher. She did and I also did. The dispatcher told us both it should be $20 (which is NOT what we were told when we ordered the car) and that we shouldn't pay the $24. I told the aide NOT to pay $24. Unfortunately, they only had a $50 bill. The driver took $24 out of the $50 and would not give her the rest of the change. She argued with him a bit but was intimidated by him and they finally got out of the car. I called the local police precinct. They told me either to get the name of the driver or else to send my mother and the aide to the dispatcher's location and call 911. I called the dispatcher to get the driver's name and was told they didn't have it (yeah, right) and I was given another number to call that was supposedly the owner's number. I called and it sounded like another dispatcher who was massively rude. I was first told he didn't have time to get the number, then I said I had called the police and they would show up if we call 911. The man on the phone said, 'fine let them come.' I did not want to send my old mother and her aide on a separate trip to stand in a cab dispatcher's office and call 911, wait, fill out a report etc. So, I filed a TLC complaint and am waiting for a hearing date when we can all show up and get justice. Not only were we treated criminally, but at no point when I called (a total of 6 times to both dispatcher numbers) was I told they were sorry, or that they would handle it with the driver or that they will give us our stolen money. It is a disgusting business run by disgusting people.

Great service. Needed a ride home around midnight. When I called, they said 5 minutes, and car arrived in 5 minutes. Ride was quick and easy. Very affordable! Took this as alternative to uber, which was charging more than twice as much at this given time.

I called 8:08 in the morning. Operator told me 8-12 minutes and I said fine. 8:30 no car. I called them back and they said the car was outside no one was there which was lie. I was out side 8:16 and nobody came. Usually when the car is outside the either call you or Text you and neither of those two happened. The cab finally arrived at 8:54a.m. 46 minutes late. Cannot rely on this car service. This is my last time i am using chico. If there was a negative star I would have left a negative 5 stars, especially when you have so many car services around.
