We have all become used to "sterile - have a nice day" shopping. The staff (my staff) at City Hardware do their utmost to be friendly and helpful and more often than not that will include a bit of sarcasm. They are NEVER rude or misogynistic.. If you cant laugh at yourself then I respectfully suggest another store

Rude, sexist bunch. Not just rude to women also to men in any way they can. It's convenient for me for work & home but I will not go there again. How hard is it to be respectful and proud of your trade and knowledge? No they prefer to put people down & undermine them before taking their money for essential items & services. Ugh.
