Rude member of staff questioned me and initially refused to get me the correct sizes for 4 different pairs. I was buying shoes for a job I am on my feet for 10+ hrs a day and often find it hard to find a pair that fits well so requesting 4 different styles to try is hardly unreasonable. One of the pairs was not available in my size and I quickly ruled out another, this led him to attempt to gloat that he was correct that I didn't need to try on that many pairs. The only redeeming feature is that the shoes I settled on are good but considering this is one of a large chain of shops that is hardly an achievement on this store's behalf.
