5/ 5

The observatory was good although I arrived at the wrong time for the camera obscura (too much cloud - couldn't really see much!) although I imagine it would be good on a sunnier day. The Giant's Cave (underneath the observatory) was a steep walk down stairs and into a narrow cave (watch out, low ceiling!) - comes out onto a metal balcony with great views of the suspension bridge. Probably not good for you if you're scared of heights though, as it's entirely metal and you can see through the floor to the traffic and rocks below..!!

Great views from here of the Clifton Suspension bridge. Trip to Giant's Cave is worthwhile for further views but beware the trip down the steps to the cave the is challenging, especially if you are tall.
