It's hard to get help. Also some sales assistants are lazy and give answers without actually looking

It's hard to get help. Also some sales assistants are lazy and give answers without actually looking things up (stock, colours, etc..). So I highly recommend to look things up online, and be sure of what you want before heading there.

I was there during the work week to buy a rug. It wasn't busy. There was one cats register open and a line of four people in front of me. After 18 minutes only one of those people were processed. There were 2 employees on one register and then a 3rd arrived and joined on the same register. I know it's hard to master on your own....pushing buttons and taking money...talking with work friends. I dropped the rug where I stood and walked out. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Never going here again.
