Before booking please read the other reviews as it's exactly what happened to us. They emailed us one hour before scheduled pickup time that it's canceled. Then apparently expected us to wait around hotel to check out email despite having our WhatsApp number. They apparently arrived hour after pickup time and when we went about our day and weren't there said it was our fault. Who emails ONE hour before scheduled pickup time when it's been confirmed for a month? Anyone would have not wasted they rest of the day sitting in the hotel while on vacation hoping they arrive. Now they say it's our fault and no refund. Ruined our entire day and now won't give a refund. Tons of companies in Dubai find one with better service and reviews. .

Worst tourist company probably in all UAE. I’ve been working with them for around 2 months and it is more that’s enough. I’ve been patient and listen to theirs excuses about why being late, why not being polite with guest, why cars are broken everyday and need to wait 1 hour for new ones...excuses, and excuses. You have many option in Dubai for Safari yours so try to avoid this company, for your health and for your feelings.

Very Very Bad Service..We arranged for desert safari in the morning and they agreed to send the driver in the afternoon. But at the end movement they wanted money before sending the driver. I have called many times to their office but no one responded. No one is ready to give their manager number too. After requesting many times i got the number but funny thing is that he also not bother about the customer & no response like others..Crazy people & Crazy company.. Finally one lady helped us & send the driver..I really appreciate her help..

I bought a Groupon for this tour. I confirm via WhatsApp and got an email with the details. When I got to dubai, I confirmed the day before but never got a response. No on answered the phone and as I didn't have a Dubai sim I wasn't going to wait around all day for them to answer. Finally got confirmation and we went but was told it was our fault that they didn't have our reservation. The trip was ok. They put you with all these other tour groups so at the venue there are like 200 ppl. The food was ok, but with all the choices in Dubai, we were disappointed. After the event, for the drive back to the city our driver pawned us off to another driver which meant we were expected to sit in the very back of the Land cruiser and we're dropped off after the other guests. Poor customer service and sub par program. Wouldn't do this again.

We were waiting in the hotel for the pick-up but the driver was in late so they wanted to leave us in the hotel and give us refund instead... I don't think it's ethical
