Costco is a unique shopping experience with some caveats; firstly you must be a member, which cost between 50 and $100. The parking is free, but don't expect it to be easy. The popularity of Costco makes the parking lot insanely difficult to navigate because of the sheer number of people and their unique approach to finding parking spots and dealing with the congestion by the entrance. I strongly recommend getting the extra steps in and parking your car is far from the entrance is possible so that you're away from the madness. Once inside carefully weigh your decisions about buying, newbies are tempted to buy a lifetime supply of mustard because it's only 9 bucks - I urge you with all my heart, unless you are a mustard fancier, you may look at 10 year old mustard one day and wonder why you bought so much. Costco is the largest new car dealer in the world because of their car buying program (Costco trivia). Make sure you plan on plenty of time to visit a Costco warehouse, because the checkout experience is a maddening multi-line crowded melee. You will truly believe that any line you enter will immediately become the slowest line for checkout. Also keep your receipt handy there are people at the door checking the receipts and if you don't have one you will hold up the line as you try to fish it out of whatever pocket or handbag space you put it in. Just saying. Disclaimer: I am a Costco member and I own shares of Costco stock. Their lack of desire to improve the parking lot or the checkout experience is disheartening to me, and is why I won't give Costco a 5-star rating.

I really can't tell you how impressed I am with this Costco. I used to go to a different one with terrible parking and super slow check out. Here, parking is more available yet still far. Check out is fast. Returns are easy. Stock is readily available 95% of time. Staff is helpful. If you have to choose between a few different stores, try this one. I think you'll appreciate how well it is run.

Your standard Costco store, with the added bonus of a kosher bakery section and a supply of kosher meat, chicken, cheese, and other products. Customer service can be a bit hard to come by, and parking can be... adventurous on Sundays to say the least. I have better luck using the parking garage on the opposite side of the store (near Dicks Sporting Goods) rather than the surface lot by Target.

Went to tire center for flat-tire repair. Had "donut" wheel on car because original (Costco purchase/install) tire was flat, stored in trunk. After 2 hours, (no call back as promised), found donut still on car, tire (turned out, still flat) in back trunk. I didn't realize the tire was still flat until I reinstalled it at home. Was told tire did not have any punctures but not a clear explanation as to why original tire wasn't reinstalled. Tire personnel were clearly maxed out; the cash register was abandoned at one point while there was a long line of customers waiting. The workers, while friendly, seemed to be going in every direction at once. Another worker was called in to help but she was from a different department and didn't really know what was going on. While it turned out there was no puncture in the tire, I would have expected them to reinstall the original tire and inflate it, the whole purpose I was there. This is very disappointing as I didn't realize I have to tell the service personnel how to do their job. I realize it is because they are understaffed, which is a management problem. The tire center lines are no shorter at the Beltsville location, by the way.

My favorite place to go. Quality products at relatively reasonable price. Frequent good and genuine sales. If you do not like the product, return is easy.
