I took this company from union station to the Toronto general hospital on Saturday February 24 at 11:30pm my Dad was awaiting a transplant and I was in a rush the guy charged me $25. He never had anything displaying the amount in the cab and I felt intimidated to argue the amount with him. I paid it and then found out my brother for the same trip the next day paid $7. That’s absolutely disgusting. I was taken advantage of because I was a single female traveling alone and vulnerable given my Dads state. I called the company and they said without the taxi cabs number they couldn’t do anything. I will ensure that I never use that company again nor anyone I know. Whether I know the cab number or not is besides the point it’s on the company at that point to correct what this driver did. Absolutely disgusting.

Worst cab company. Take an uber instead. I called them to get picked up at Yonge St and queen St., And they insisted they needed an address, when anyone with half a brain would just punch in 1 queen St East or West.. when I refused to answer East or West, the attendant hung up on me. Worst service ever.

0 out of 5. I left my phone to charge on the front seat, forgot to take it and remembered when I just left the Cab. He never returned the phone to the office. It took them 8 days to get a hold of the driver (paid by CC and had a ref #) and when they finally did he said he didnt have the phone. If this was an Uber car i would have my phone back within minutes.

Just like most taxi companies it a crap shoot on the type of service you are going to get. As anyone that has taken a taxi in the G'TA in last 20 years or so you have seen the industry become the domain of a certain demographic for the most part. Therefore you will need to be prepared to deal with their peculiarities I don't live in Scarborough anymore but had occasion on the weekend to use their service several times. 1st time we called to have pickup driver was there on time, congenial and a safe driver. The second time we flagged one down from across the street on and again had a similar experience, the third time we had an uncommunicative driver (did not respond to a question) with less than professional appearance that had drove too fast over bumps and around curves on a very steep long hill, and seemed to unfamiliar on how to modulate the accelerator and brake in order to provide smooth transition. The last ride never actually happened, we called to have one of their 300 or so units according to their website pick us up where they dropped us off a few hours before waiting for 20 mins called back, they said we were not at location, rather than apologize and admit driver was no show or could not find the restaurant. We called again and they said they would send another car which never showed as well, so we had to walk up a 700 foot elevation on the side of the road at night after partying most of the weekend without proper clothing for the temperature, one of our group has medical issues that made the climb very taxing, I can't imagine if a less capable group was left stranded at after closing as we were. So a ten minute ride became a 2 hour waiting and hiking expedition. My third and final call to get them was met with we are busy, here is the number of another unnamed company Their practice of not taking down your number (they have call display) and or calling you back to ensure the driver gets there is unconscionable to me and knowingly leaving us stranded put them in the I will never use again and discourage everyone from using their service group.

If I can give zero stars, I would. Worse taxi service ever. I was dropped off back at my place and immediately upon arriving home, I realized I had left my phone in the cab. I had previously set up a "find my iphone" account so I called my phone a few times and I was tracking the moving taxi car. After calling my phone the second time, the driver turned off my device. I also tried calling the dispatch line and they made a call out to all of their driver's but the driver never returned my phone. I don't understand why people could be such jerks and steal other people's belongings, especially an iphone which they can't even use once it's flagged and blacklisted by the courier company. Worse customer service ever.
