Tyler was a fantastic help for me.The price was clear and straightforward and included taxes and fees. I booked a reservation for a car through him but wasn't sure if the car was right for me. I asked him for references and he was extremely helpful and friendly regardless of the fact that I may not use a reservation through him. I ended up changing car rentals but Tyler was fantastic with customer service and was quick to respond to any questions. In the future I will look to use Tyler's services if/when I return to Maui. Thanks Tyler.

I had just moved to the island and did not have a car yet. In the meantime, I had to rent a car for an extended period of time. Big thanks to Tyler and Meagan who made the process of renting a car a breeze of an experience! Both were extremely responsive to any questions I had and very helpful in ways that exceeded any and all expectations I had for a rental car company. It was such a pleasure working with such generous and genuine people and business owners. Highly recommend to anyone in Maui who needs a reliable rental car!

Tyler made the paperwork super easy for us and his warmth was a great way to start our holiday. Our island car was super, rock solid n low key.. and extremely reliable. They were always very quick to respond to our questions and gave us great tips. All around a pleasure to deal with 'em and won't hesitate to rent another sun kissed ride from them again. We had a really good experience renting a convertible Jeep from Tyler during our stay in Maui. We found the digital paperwork including a video walk around the car before hand a great and easy feature. The car was fun to travel and see all of Maui, we were even allowed to take the vehicle on roads other rental cars did not let you. The prices all include tax which means no hidden fees. Tyler picked us up and dropped us back at the airport. The whole experience was seemless and just made our stay that much better. We highly recommend anyone looking to hire a car in Maui to get in touch with Tyler and the Cruisin Maui Rent-A-Car team!
