I love this shop loads of choice from clothes to household Always has great sales Staff are friendly But never seem to be enough of them nice restaurant on the ground floor

Terrible experience! I decided to make myself a little present after work, so I went by the Chanel counter in there to grab a bottle of Coco Mademoiselle. I waited for someone to come in there, so I could pay, but the ladies were busy gossiping, so I took the tester bottle and went to one of them, asking where could i pay for one? One of the women in there just snatched the bottle from my hand, like i was stealing it or something, she measured me from head to toe, and then decided to go get me a new bottle. I have to say her behaviour was rather insulting, couldn't wait to gtfo. I'm probably going to order online from now on, so I don't have to go in there again.

Usually the service is amazing. But today when attempting to buy something from the estee lauder counter I was totally dismissed by the sales person. Admittedly there was someone in front of me and as she was going to be a while she asked the salesperson if she wanted to see me first. I would've been happy to wait but it was the salespersons reaction that annoyed me so much I left and spent my money on the counter in boots, where I got service with a smile and didn't feel like dirt on someone's shoe- guess where I'm going to spend my money in future? It doesn't take much to say be with you in a minute unfortunately for the salesperson, I saw the look she gave another customer and say no they would see what they want, and totally ignored me. It is a small slight but manners don't cost a thing- unlike the products I was going to buy xx

Good reductions in Manteray and baby clothing yesterday

Went to Bromley Debenhams on Saturday. As expected, it was very busy. There were long queues at the only properly labelled dressing rooms, but, after a while, staff pointed out other (totally vacant) dressing rooms. My fiancee got a very nice dress in the sale. She is a size 6, so she often has problems finding the right size, but there were several size 6s even in the sale.
