The staff wasn't very available. Only on the main shop I was given the address of the "repair shop" Once I arrived, they look like busy, but not so much. They barely took care of me, and didn't explain slowly to get the line ticket. I bought a computer 2 years ago, which is not so old. I went there, as the AC cordon wasnt charging the computer, since the cordon is very slim, and the plastic which it is made of is really to easy to be crushed and torn. I asked a new one. But they didn't have it. One of the staff seems to undertand English. Then I insisted and they requested me to wait. 10 minutes later somone who was waiting there, a nice Japanese customer, reach me out and told me he could take me to a spare shop. The customer service "nightmare" ended up that way. No greetings at the end. I regret I bought a computer which they cannot provide any good service at the end. I have no recommandation. But beware before buying anything there they don't have spare change as such as an AC cordon...even 2 years later.
