So much more hassle than it's worth! Avoid if possible! They were late sending my e tickets and I had to email them and request that they were sent (surely that's simple as it's their job to send me the tickets I've bought?) They avoid emails and questions when they don't want to answer or don't know the answer. They cancelled and reissued my e-tickets several times without warning or explanation and when I asked why they just ignored my 4 emails! After reading reviews I was so scared that they would cancel my flights to the Caribbean that I kept calling up Virgin Atlantic each time something seemed fishy regarding my booking, to check that I'll actually be on the flight! What's worse is if I emailed with a question or issue, they'd call me during working hours and not leave a voicemail message or email so they expected me to chase and chase them. You can easily see that most of the positive reviews are FAKE as they all follow the same sort of pattern- naming a member of staff, thanking them and mentioning the great customer service (which there is absolutely 0 of) Really not worth all the hassle and uncertainty to save a bit of money. I'm glad I was on my flight and they didn't cancel or change it last minute as I know this has happened to some people. Edit: I had a missed call from DWT wanting to discuss this review with me...however there is nothing for me to discuss, it's a very accurate and true account of what I experienced.
