I have been a member of this awesome gym for over two years, and never was I so consistent with my fitness as I am now. Their small group training classes offer camaraderie and encouragement, as well as the individualized attention of a personal trainer. The coaches always look at the big picture of fitness/nutrition/life management, knowing that it must all work together to achieve results. e3 has enabled me to reach goals outside of the gym, that I never before dreamed possible - life changing for sure. They are passionate about fitness, always changing it up and keeping it interesting (and challenging!) week after week. So just go now! Easy access Broadway near I-25

The group fitness classes and personal training at e3 are the best I have experienced at a gym in Denver. Both the coaches and members are extremely motivated to improve and it's a really positive community to be a part of. This place is really convenient for anyone in Wash Park or South Broadway area but people come from all over because of the quality workouts- they keep it fresh and entertaining.

I was introduced to e3 Fitness through my work since we engaged e3 Fitness to help us, as an office, to focus on a fit/healthy month. I then thought, what the heck, I’ll try a class or two at the actual gym itself since I live in the Wash Park area. At the time I had belonged to another gym and my mentality towards that gym was “something is better than nothing.” However, after seeing what e3 is all about, I have never signed a contract faster. E3 has been such an incredible gym to be a part of and I have never been in better shape mentally or physically. E3 offers various types of group training with each class having a particular “focus”. Whether you want to be stronger, to be faster, to lose weight, to focus on you athleticism or endurance, the coaches at e3 have tailored their programs to fit any and every fitness goal. The coaches are motivating and inspiring and they will push you… hard! Although it’s always rough turning off that alarm at 5:00 in the morning to go get my sweat on, I leave every single time feeling healthier and stronger and that mentality stays a part of my attitude throughout the remainder of the day. I love this place and the community that it brings together.

Absolutely Excellent. I can’t say enough about E3. The owners make this gym a unique experience. Guided by passion, they push you to your limit and hone in on your needs. They are clearly experts in their field and are constantly looking at new opportunities, new exercises, new ways to push their clients. E3 in itself is a community-it’s welcoming and encouraging. I am 40 and feel like I am in the best shape of my life because of the journey they have taken me on.

As much as working out sucks... (and it does, it is hard, you get sweaty, out of breath - let's be honest) this gym and these people make it an amazing experience and accessible to everyone. They PUSH you when you need it, help you set goals and then figure out how to help YOU get there, when you have a setback (like a dog-walking accident) they regroup and re calibrate to keep you moving forward on the fitness journey of your life - and that is for every member not just the 1-on-1 personal training clients. I really gravitate to the small group fitness sessions - some attention, but not ALL the attention ALL the time. While it COULD be closer to my house... the location is pretty central right between Wash Park and Platt Park on South Broadway. All in all - it is a great find and one of the places/activities I *authentically* enjoy going to and being a part of... just don't ask me @ 5:30 in the morning.
